Spot-billed Pelican - Pelecanus phillipensis, in flight, Slave Island, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

'Brahminy Kite' - Haliastur indus - in flight, Jaffna, Sri Lanka.

On the road from Jaffna to Anaiccottai there was a place swarming with Brahminy Kites. They and the crows were partaking of the offal thrown into a heap close to the lagoon. I took some time watching these birds in flight.
