Indian Pond-heron - Ardeola grayii, near the Rio Ice-crem parlour, Nallur, Jaffna, Sri Lanka.

Quite a few water birds were spotted by me in this collection of water. The proximity of active human noise and bustle seem not to have affected these birds.
