Bird on a tree, Kadugannawa, Sri Lanka. ?Bar-winged Flycatcher Shrike - Hemipus picatus leggei.

I took this picture of a bird high up on the branch of a tree at Kadugannawa. It was a small bird. I have made a tentative identification. If you have any suggestions I would be glad to receive them.
