Greater Coucal - Centropus sinensis, Avissawella, Sri Lanka.

Useful because it eats up the snails and molluscs in the garden. It is a danger to the chicks of other birds. It raids the nests just before the chicks take flight and has a good meal of the chicks.

Cattle Egret - Bubulcus ibis, Katharagama, Sri Lanka.

Indian Robin - Saxicoloides fulicata, Sithulpawwa, Sri Lanka.

? Common King-fisher, Sithulpawwa, Sri Lanka.

 I am not sure of this bird's identity, any help is welcome.

'Malabar Pied Horn-bill' - Anthracoceros coronatus, Katharagama, Sri Lanka.

I spotted this on the bank of the 'Menik Ganga' near the Katharagama Holy Shrine. I saw a similar or was it the same pair at Sithulpawwa a few hours earlier.
