'Black-winged Stilts'

A pair of 'Black-winged Stilts' at the Free Trade Zone premises, Avissawella, Sri Lanka.

'Yellow-billed Babblers', preening, Avissawella, Sri Lanka.

It was a cold drizzly morning in June in Avissawella, Sri Lanka. I saw this 'Yellow-billed Babbler' couple close together with the male preening the female getting wet in the drizzle. 'Pair-bonding at its best.
